What it does

An inference engine written in pure C with no dependencies. Rather than loading a Mixture-of-Experts model into memory, it streams the expert weights from disk as they are needed, which the site states lets a 2.8-trillion-parameter model run on a 32 GB machine. It covers several model families on either CPU or GPU, and publishes its own benchmarks.
