What it does

lazy-harness adds the scaffolding coding agents do not ship with: multi-profile isolation, a hook engine, a monitoring pipeline, a knowledge directory, a scheduler, and session memory that persists across conversations. Profiles isolate personal, work, client, or experimental setups with their own CLAUDE.md, settings, skills, and knowledge. Claude Code is supported today, with others planned.
