What it does

Ocul-PM is a local-first AI project manager for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. It auto-writes a work journal, shows local diffs before you commit, and turns the log into a standup. There is no account, no server, and no telemetry; v3.1.1 is a free download for macOS on Apple Silicon, with a two-line Claude Code plugin install as well.
