Pimosa is a desktop app for Mac and Windows with 25+ tools to compress, convert, trim, merge, and edit video, audio, images, GIFs, and PDFs, including PDF encrypt. Everything runs offline with drag-and-drop. There is a 3-day desktop trial and an iPhone app described as free for a limited time.
