What it does

You save your own rates and build an estimate on an iPhone, including with no signal. Before you send, it shows the customer price, direct cost, estimated gross profit, gross margin, and markup. An approved quote becomes an invoice. Change orders are priced separately and added once. It records payments you took elsewhere and does not move money. The first three quotes include PDFs and stay exportable. Pro removes the quote cap and adds reuse of past jobs, deposits, and an estimated-versus-actual closeout. The page says there is no account, data stays on the phone, and there is no automatic cloud backup, so you export one from Settings. The page also has a calculator that does not upload what you type. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
