What it does

Reads the session files already on your disk to meter token use and cost across 41 AI coding tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot and Gemini. It breaks spend down by model, project and task, matches spend to the commits and pull requests it produced, and flags duplicate reads, context bloat and abandoned agents. It grades the setup A to F and can apply fixes with an undo for each. Runs with npx and uploads nothing.
